As difficult the steps when you can’t move on you must move out. Whether it be in your personal or business relationship there is no point of carrying on that burden for another day. You have to find a way to close the door on the past or open a brand new door to an unsure future. Yet please note that if you decide to move out it doesn’t mean the past will not follow your steps so make sure you fully close the door before you leave.
FOOTNOTE- I personally believe one should try to resolve issues whenever possible but realize that these are just my steps and others walk a different path.
