Yesterday I was literally able to say shut up to myself which is something you can do as well. For a temporary loss of a phone can result in your voice mail being played out loud and you can actually tell yourself to shut up as this is occurring. I love the words that come out (usually) but the tone and texture is something once in awhile I would love to just say “shut up to” and yesterday I was able to do so.
