I have written a great deal about the various forms of health one should take care which include mental, physical and spiritual health but I neglected one which can cause more sickness then I first assumed.  Having friends/family in one’s life in a healthy relationship can help add balance when the others might not be as strong as they should be. For social relationships give one’s the impetus to move farther then their body or mind may not feel they are capable of.  Social relationships that are full of too much pain and angst can be more harmful then good and should be replaced or at least co-exist with more positive human influences. We also can subtract from painful relationship with the help of our 4 legged friends.    Of course a relationship with your creator is the top one individuals should worry about yet without a human touch one can feel empty and melancholy.  For G-D didn’t create us to live alone but with others who can make us think, feel and love.
