Guatemala- Possibilities

Caravan of Illegal Immigrants 1 lake atitlan

Guatemala is rich with industries people who have the natural resources to become a place of immigration  instead of emigration if only the following steps were taken (below).

(1) TRANSPORTATION- It is very difficult to travel from one side of the country to another causing delays that waste productive time. An investment in infrastructure would truly help and also increase tourism in said country

(2) CASH CROPS- A move to crops that produce higher profits such as Macademia Nuts instead of corns and beans will increase the income of said residents.

(3)  JERUSALEM LINK- Guatemala needs to better promote it’s embassy in Jerusalem and reap benefits for such a move. Exports to Israel and the Jewish community as a whole should increase exponentially as products labeled with this linkeage are sold. I’m personally working on such an angle.

(4) ANIMAL IMPORTS- The import of more monkee’s and other wild animals from zoo’s around the world in their natural environments will help build tourism as a whole.

(5) EASY ACCESSIBLITY- Tourist attraction should be more accessible to those who have mobility difficulties.

(6) CONQUERING GANG VIOLENCE- Nothing truly can be accomplished if people still fear the power of gangs. Until law and order are fully restored these other areas (above) will not reach their full potential.

Hell in Paradise

fear in darkness

All I can remember in the end was the sweeping noise that burned my soul. A beautiful hotel on the edge of a lake turned out to be my final resting place. It was only one complaint that made them decide to turn the tide on us and with the power of electricity, water and an escape route only available by boat they were completely in charge.  Truly know one could hear us scream as our world was swept away by a current that drowned our cries for help.

Blood!

bloodBLOODI

Just a drop that I’ll die for!  For it is what keeps my heart beating and you have plenty to share. I’m willing to risk it all just for the chance of that juicy liquid getting into my own body. Death is at my doorstop and will close on me soon if I don’t puncture you.  So here I go taking that flight of truly my life. If death so arrives at least I tried to live for at least one more day.

Balancing Act

Seesaw 2 seesaw

I don’t want to ignore you for I will feel the same as well but how can I get to the shiny ball if I don’t keep walking? I’m truly honored that you care so much to share your thoughts with little old me yet I’m still looking to keep myself from drifting down by moving forward. I know you want to be heard but my ears must still listen to others as well.  I’m sorry the beam can only fit so many at one time and I just don’t want to fall off…again.

FOOTNOTE- Sometimes the conversation we move away from can be the one that ulitmately lifts us up.

It’s the VIEW

A picture can’t capture what I’m seeing for it is something you must feel instead. The serenity of a lake with the majesic view of active volcanoe’s is something pictures let alone words can’t touch.  For how does explain what you see in your heart and soul? Sometimes the view is all one needs to be truly taken away.

Invisible

alone 1 alone in crowd 2

While at a crowded sporting event I sudddenly felt so trapped that I had to jump from the  bleachers and still know one appeared to notice. I actually glided my self down by a long cloth held by the ceiling but in a dream sequence it can get a bit confusing. Last night two dreams began and ended the same way feeling alone in a crowd. Until the final sequence when I decided it didn’t matter and walked away from a popular activity only to do what I actually wanted to instead. Feeling invisible is extremely painful and can lead someone to take dangerous actions just to feel visible.  Yet when one acknowledges that there is one always in your room no matter how lonely it can feel a certain peace and calmness replaces that loneliness and gives you strength to be yourself. This doesn’t mean those with faith don’t have these strong feelings at time it just gives them a stronger hope to hold onto.  Faith might appear to be out of fashion today but that is only for those that truly don’t believe.

One Way Ticket

One Way Ticket

We should give a “one way ticket” to any United States citizen who decides they want to leave the country and replace them with two individuals that want to come instead.  This ticket would be fully paid for to any place in the world as long as the person would agree never to come back here. With people literally dying to get here it’s time we make the room with individuals that have no desire to stay. The United States is far from perfect and we should all do our best to make sure it continues to seek improvments but it’s still the greatest place to live in the world.  One way tickets will make sure that we bring in  people who believe this is the case and allow others to find a new home that they believe will be better for them.

Visiting the Moon on Earth

Volcano eruption

There are times in one’s life where some of the most religious experiences happen when you are just there.  Visiting an active volcano is one of those moments. Where you feel as if you’re at a place that is deep in the galazy then the one in you are walking on now. Lava destroys life completely in such a location except for the one’s that are standing in it’s mist.  A mist where clouds and steam come out of the landscape with enough heat to roast a marshmallow right where you’re standing. The hike to get to this location (previously post) led me to this journey which opened a faith path that burns in my today and G-D willing in the future as well.

Hiking is Grueling

hiking difficult 1 hiking difficult 2

I’ve walked many a path in my life but none as physical arduous as the one I did yesterday. Maybe some of it had to do with the age of the muscles not seeking this journey and or the constant changing weather conditions but all I know is when I was done I was physical exhausted. Exhausation which led me to have one of the best night sleeps I had in ages. This hike was grueling but in the end the view of what I saw was well worth it…. (details coming soon)

Sugar Hell

Hell

For someone who believes sugar isn’t really that bad for you look where it ends up.  Just like hell sugar ends up deep down at the bottom where it doesn’t dissapate but remains in a liquid hell. If you’re lucky you’ll finish drinking before you get there and just wash your cup out. For if you take a sip more it will be consumed into your body and maybe even your soul.  Sugar might be tempting so remember where it lies and think about a lighter surface instead.

FOOTNOTE- I enjoy my sugar kicks every once in awhile but now I know where it is kicking me too.
