As the shower suddenly took a cold shift I stood in the middle believing it would pass. Often when bad things happen to us we run away and it lingers with us longer then if we confronted it in the 1st place. Individual words can make an “X” in one’s life even if many others have superceded them. Yet when one stays in the cold they might realize it’s not as bad as it initially seems and before you know it might just actually turn out to be warmer then before.
