Just say it then shut up! By saying how you feel you’ve let it out for those that are empathatic to your feelings so there is no point of repeating it till nausea. If you want to make sure they hear it just let them repeat your “general remarks. Then if it’s 51 % right it’s time to zip it unless they want or need more context. By repeating your feelings and thoughts over and over again you lose more empathy and just become annoying to the point of losing that person(s) in other points that come up. Just say it then move on for you might feel you’ve lost a battle but eventually will win the war … of words.
