You can’t move ahead as fast if other’s aren’t running with you. The more you delegate the “other” tasks to those around you the more you can move to more complex and exciting challenges ahead. As a film-maker who had never made a film before I had to trust all those who worked with me or the project would never have hit the screen. Finding such incredible people that you can hand the keys too is the challenge and making sure they actually lock the door when you leave can often result in disappointing results but without these challenges you’ll only be running in place. Even if the cost upfront is high the reward of delegating correctly will be much higher and faster.
