Yesterday I became an expert in front of one of the most brilliant & well traveled people that I know and it came from a place I never expected. This person has attained incredible success in his field as well as traveled many a continent. He is a person who has experienced the finer things in life for over 30 years was estatic about the cheese I choose for a family party. Yet it was a cheese I purchased not from some exquisite Cheese Shop or some special trip to the Islands but my local Stop & Shop. A delightful Cheddar with Horeseradish flavor that stuck to his palate. Who knew my local Supermarket would make me a cheese connessior/expert. For you never know where great taste might actually come from.
