For those who feel Zumba is a bit too “weak” I give you SCREAMBA. This form of dance exercise will insure that the wind is knocked out of you but not literally. It will feature all the basic moves of a “Mosh Pit” without anything broken in the end except maybe your voice. No other work out will you have screaming out loud with laughter, fun and feeling great all over. SCREAMBA exercise because we all have to get the animal out of us without it stomping on anyone else.
