We find the defendant guilty and innocent. For we understand the murder was not done in his conscious mind but we can’t let this subconscious wild in the streets. We understand he tried to control his subconscious mind that dictated the vicious stabbing of his wife but how do we know that the medicine prescribed for headache’s won’t continue to have side effects for the rest of us . There is no choice but to give him life even if one side of him deserves to be free.
