We can stop the heinous truck homicide attacks that we see around the world and now even in NYC with some simple modifications (see below). IF THERE IS ANYWAY YOU CAN BRING THESE SUGGESTIONS TO THE WHITE HOUSE OR THOSE IN CHARGE WE CAN SAVE INNOCENT LIVES! Please spread these ideas if you think they will work and/or offer constructive criticism if you believe they won’t.
(1) Random Anti Collusion Software installed in rental trucks– A want to be terrorist thug would never know if the vehicle they rented would be able to do the damage that they so desire. Eventually this could be put in all rental trucks if need be.
(2) Periodic Truck Stops near pedestrian or bicycle crossing with quick behavioral profiling – Police will learn the characteristics of those who might have terrorist motives and make sure these individuals are carefully screened before they are allowed to continue their journey’s.
(3)Trained Undercover police and professionals reviewing individuals who seek to rent trucks. These individuals will move to various locations and teach those involved in truck rentals what signals should be observed in avoiding renting to dangerous individuals and to perform random checks as well.
