Anyone who knows me understands that I don’t want to go to a restaurant where I can’t pronounce the name of the chef because $$’s come before my palate. Yet the ABC restaurant intrigues me enough to allow my palate to take a bigger bite of my wallet. For this restaurant by Jean-Georges Vongerichten specializes in organic vegetarian dishes that might be a bit more then 50 + Veggie Sliders at the castle, yet my curiosity in what he’s created draws me in. So here’s a style I’m willing to try on even if my wallet get’s snapped in the end.
