Albert dedicated his life to finding out what made someone brilliant and successful. He would take long walks down a certain path studying Rashi, Socrates and Plato as he gained knowledge he could never have gained by his own intellect but still something was missing. Albert would study with the great teachers and scholars of his time and found nuances that shocked his mind yet still pieces were hidden. Then he would develop his own products and his name became famous as he spoke at great universities still a voice lingered on. Albert was even able to operate and save others lives yet he felt he couldn’t save himself.
He would continually walk down the same path that helped him expand his mind yet this day Jessica his 3 year old grand-daughter who had down Syndrome was with him. While deep in thoughts Jessica pulled on Albert’s arms with excitement as Albert attempted to annoy her plea. Then Albert with annoyance looked at Jessica as she pulled the most beautiful rose from the ground and handed it to him. Albert sniffed the rose and smiled as he said “now I truly understand”.
