As I explore various marketing techniques on how ideas/products spread let’s face it Coca Cola has it in the bag. For while brands and ideas hit certain segments of a population (rich,poor, cool, hipster, etc) Coca Cola has universal appeal and has kept it for generations. While other ideas and brands will fall out as they expand into other groups Coca Cola still holds onto that universal love. For some reason this product is loved universally not just for it’s taste but probably the fun of it. Of course as people drink and eat healthier less people might grab a soft drink in the 1st place but when they do you know it’s a Coke and it will “make you smile for it’s the real thing”. I can still “taste the feeling”.
