Through all the noise those that are clinically insane have an ability to perceive things that those who are “normal” can not. It might be hard to deceiver when that actually perception occurs but if you can filter out some of the trash what they say in-between could be Gold. Of course we need to treat those who are suffering for the greater harm they do to themselves and their families but even when these individuals are in treatment you can still hear echo’s of knowledge you couldn’t get anywhere else.
