Theo Chocolate has dared to take 85% pure chocolate and add a crunch to it. This has opened a new light to us true Chocolate lovers and I’m not sure it will be as bright. For those who love fine dark (85 %) Chocolate don’t won’t anything mixed with that flavor unless it it is subtle. The problem with this bar is the Chocolate doesn’t have the smooth nutty flavor of it’s plain 85 % bar so I’m not sure whether this experiment will work with other bars. Theo has opened the light will other fine Chocolatier’s follow?
** 1/2 – I ‘ve given Theo and extra star for this daring experiment but the Chocolate is not as good as their normal 85% bar.
