How could a fire sweep a high rise building in the heart of London so quickly and with such deadly force? The Grenfell Towers in North Kensington London a 24 story building is on blaze with such a deadly force. The first prerogative of any government must be to protect it’s people and the government must have the resources to make sure this occurs! Whether it means stationing a fire department near such facilities or drilling and preparing for such possible devastation the government needs to be ready and able to protect it’s people. Furthermore strict adherence to code which protect life’s instead of codes which make government $’s should be the order of the day. In today’s times with terror also is a major threat response time needs to be quickened. The government failed the people and it’s not an election that was lost but innocent human life’s.
