I just released after being in the business world for over 1/2 my life that down time is good for business even if it occurs during your work time.
I’m not sure this is the best place to take a break but if the landing is fine then maybe it is. For your down time allows you to clear your head from the stresses that can come in all different directions and find a clear path to success. A matter of fact if you don’t give your self some down time it will be brought on you permanently (at least here) and then you really won’t be able to complete your task. Yes, it’s important to work hard but releasing when you need a break can be more productive then the extra time you would be working.
