I woke up with my happy face glued on and although it probably won’t last it’s a great place to start a Monday. It wasn’t as if anything extraordinary happened the day before and it is Monday which is making me think… I figured before I let it go maybe there’s some pointers that could help you and me keep such a face for a bit longer. Here are some of the factors (below) that I believe could be a factor and which you might be able to incorporate.
(1) HOT DOG- I haven’t eaten a nice crispy Hebrew National Hot dog in awhile and these two might have helped me produce a few more Endorphins. Maybe a bit of unhealthy tastes a bit happier.
(2) RUN- When I got home instead of sitting in my chair I took quick run with my dogs.
(3) DOGS- I was with an individual who appeared to have it all big time yet their dogs were nothing like the wild and crazy animals in my house.
(4)DREAMS- The dreams I had made me feel a bit smarter as my subconscious used concepts my conscious mind never conceived of.
(5) SILLY- I felt less concerned with the future and lived for a silly moment in the present.
