Normally I don’t care about my ” right to privacy” but when a ticket is the result I feel a bit violated. For how can someone fight a computer that says you went past a red light over a month ago and you can’t even recall or see the actual violation? They say a picture is worth a 1,000 words except when you can’t really see it. For if you try to defend yourself in a court of law you could convict yourself as being the one behind the wheel and face points on your license as well increases in your insurance rates. They are also so smooth in making the penalty high enough for revenue purposes but low enough not to make you want to waste your time fighting it. Something doesn’t seem Kosher w spy camera’s becoming our police force as well as judge and jury but how does someone fight what can’t be seen with our eye’s and with our minds?
