Is this the new face of terror? This Cleveland resident (above) video- taped the killing on an innocent individual on Facebook. Will psychopaths continue to kill innocent on some live format for attention? It probably will help that his picture is clearly see in trying to find such a sick individual(s) but that’s after the heinous crime, how do we prevent them from acting in the 1st place? You can’t take down content until it is known to be reprehensible/criminal so how do we stop it in a world where people look for their 15 seconds of fame even if it’s infamy? The only way to control such evil is to watch from behind and surveil individuals who might appear a bit demented before they get in front of a screen. We never know when someone might flip to evil but when there are signs it’s time for a bit more surveillance in their life.
