They probably attended the finest business schools in the country and have years in customer service all to add up to these horrible images, what were they thinking? Did they believe that other passengers wouldn’t utilize their camera’s to showcase this brutality? Were they thinking that the public would support beating up a person who wouldn’t give up there paid seat? I didn’t go to Wharton but any person with good business sense knows it’s best to pay up front then pay later. If only United offered $’s or other benefits to those that gave up their seat they wouldn’t be in such a Pickle with the American people. It shows sometimes the best education is in the common sense of the streets not in the boardrooms of United.
