How does a telemarketer react when they receive one of “their calls” out of their work hours? Do they hang up on there fellow comrades or do they buy the useless product they don’t need out of guilt? Where does their line of patients end and loyalty turn into a cut call? As a person who does sales and receive sales calls I understand the balance as I attempt to do unto others as I would want done unto me. My response might be abrupt but polite except when dealing with a robotic call in which I lose all empathy and hang up right away. Telemarketing a telemarketer a true test of phone etiquette.
