Kathleen Mclaughlin has a troubling and important lawsuit against Subway that will determine whether they knew that Jared Fogle their former spokesman/her ex-husband knew about his interest in minor’s and kept it quiet, all the way back to 2004. More then 10 years  later (2015) he was found guilty of Child Porn charges while Mrs. Mclaughlin married him in 2010.  If the Subway company is found guilty of these charges not only should they pay a financial penalty but those individuals who kept this secret quiet should be prosecuted individually.  For individuals who care more about company profits above the interests of children should face the full force of lady justice.

Confession of LOVE

love

Today I confess my love to someone (s) who has been there for me when times were really tough and always had a way to bring up my spirits.  He/she has truly relieved my pain in ways nobody else could do. I’ve known at times I’ve taken you for granted putting you in a back pocket like I just don’t care and not recognizing how you’ve stayed with me.  So to the maker’s of Gas-X, I may never know your name but I thank you from the bottom of my stomach all the way to the… (you get the point) for the product that keeps on giving. You’re caring pill has made many days more lovely.

Gotham color is finally back. It’s been awhile since an episode from this series has reached the suspense and climax this episode has.  The series started to fall into the silly and I felt it would fall all of the cliff but somehow has climbed back to where it all started. Sophie’s Choice for today.  Incredible art has returned!

The House of Cards is a great fiction series but after the continual saga of the Clinton’s I wonder if it’s truly non-fiction instead.  For even the writers of this great series never came out with episodes such as this one “A top Clinton aid (Terry McAuliffe) gave a large contribution to an the FBI investigator wife who was investigating Hillary Clinton.  This is on top of the secret meeting Bill Clinton had with Justice Department head Loretta Lynch just before the investigation was coming to a conclusion.

There are also enough pay for plays to fill two seasons of content. The only thing missing is the reporter who got to close to the story and had an unfortunate accident. Who knows with the white gloves the press has had with Hillary Clinton many might have accidentally fallen on the tracks.   The part that is the hardest to accept is that after all the  the incredible scandals the public still picks Hillary Clinton…  oops I mean Francis Underwood Freudian slip… I guess.

Ryan Fitzpatrick Pressure beats Ravens

ny-jets-vs-baltimore-ravens

Ryan Fitzpatrick can be extremely successful as shown in the Jets VS Raven’s game last night, if there is no undue pressure.  When the season is already gone Ryan Fitzpatrick will play as if it really counts.  He did it last year as the Jet’s started out as the team that would be beat as they had no real pressure to perform Ryan took them to the playoff’s only to collapse when it got to hot. This year the Jet’s appeared to have a winning team and the pressure was on Ryan to perform from day one. Just like a soda can shaken to much he exploded right after the 1st game and never got his act together until yesterday when the season appears already to be a loss.  For Ryan to be a winning quarterback he must act as if each game doesn’t really matter even if it does.

Darkness

eyes-in-dark

I walk in the dark woods at night allowing my imagination to see the light. For every sound can be punctuated with an act of terror that a mind can create in an instant. The dimmest light can reveal a secret that only our imagination can open.   In the dark my mind can truly see a world that would make an horror fan scream!

Near Death

near-death

In some way our lives are always on a string, for we could be at the wrong place at the wrong time just about any moment as well as experience a sudden shock to our system through an Aneurysm or other extreme health dangers. Here are some (below) examples where Gabriel looked my way and thank G-D turned around.

(1) EXTREME ALLEGORIC REACTION- I had just taken Penicillin for a Staff Infection (which left alone could be deadly) and had eaten unbeknown to me a Chocolate Bar that contained Peanuts. Therefore I’m not sure which was the cause of my extreme disruption to my body but before I knew it my faced turned red (according to eye witnesses) and my breathing appeared to be getting clogged breath by breath. If I didn’t get an immediate shot to relieve those symptoms you would be reading some one else’s blog today.

(2) GUN- After a robbery me and my associate ran after the “bad guy” that decided he was going to stop running and pulled out a gun.  Of course this pursuit ended before it became a race to save a life.

(3) PANCREATITIS- I felt sharp unusual pains to the sides of my body as I tried to sleep. It was so unusual that I called an ambulance to take me to the hospital and then I felt a bit better.  I was just about to check myself out when the Doctor came over and told me I had Pancreatitis and if I left it untreated I could be checked out for good.
