Let us say Adam did find his helper and it was a dog where would we be now? I for one believe Adam would still have eaten the forbidden Apple for after a couple of thousand years he probably would have been bored with his life and that snake would eventually get to him. It’s pretty disgusting to think that a dog would be his companion but maybe it would be a platonic relationship. I guess the population would be very stable and not very interesting as well. Well thank G-D Adam didn’t realize a dog was his best friend until Eve came along.
