I guess it depends on how much is left in your pocket and whether you’re going to a casino or have to eat again. The truth is you can’t top the Trumps but it’s nice to give a little more when you can and “over the tip” only occurs when you have other expenses that need to occur before, during or afterwards that might be hurt by donating these extra funds. It also can occur when you lose out on something you’ve planned for because you forgot to include this generosity. To conclude extra tipping should occur only when your heart moves and there’s money in your pocket not when you feel others are doing the same.
