Tigger & Eeyore

Let’s face unless you truly live happily ever after this (above) has jumped or fallen into your relationship. The question is whether you’re more of the Tigger or Eeyore and if your either  how best to deal with the other.  For not every event in life is going to stimulate our partner in the same way a matter of fact some will have us jumping for joy while our partner finds a new way to close their eyes. To deal with such events we need to modify what we are seeing in the person next to us here’s how (below) from a Tigger point of view but the opposite can be said as well.

(1) CHANGE CONNOTATION- For example when they say it’s fine it really means it’s great!

(2) MIRROR- Focus on how you see it and allow yourself the feeling that the other is experiencing it the same way just internally. It could be so internally that they don’t even know their feeling it.

(3) SMELL DEEPER- Just because  you’re partner may not be absorbing the experience  as you are doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t experience  it deeper. Absorb it at a higher level then before in the conscious and subconscious.

(4)FRIENDS OR ASSOCIATES- Try to have a moment to talk or write about the experience with someone who enjoys it as much as you do. Talking isn’t touching so trust me you’re in the clear.
