I’ve tried the cool calm Yoga type approach to the world but sometimes it feels great just to SCREAM!! I know that it can become habit forming but if you let the steam continue to rise eventually it will blow hurting many more victims then the one annoyance that keeps pressing your buttons over and over again. Therefore a good scream is as therapeutic as those Yoga sessions w an effect if done correctly that can leave you calm and relaxed for a few hours after …. breathe in , breath ****in out!
