Harambe could have been alive today playing with his bananas or whatever Gorilla’s play with in the zoo if more preventive messages were taken. Here (below) are just a few suggestions that would have made the difference.
(1) More Barriers – There should have been a second alarmed wall that a child or adult would have to climb to get closer to the Gorilla or dangerous animal which goes off when someone gets close enough. This also could be a moat between human and animal.
(2) Warnings & Leeches- Upon entering a zoo parents should receive warnings about their responsibilities to watch their children and leeches should be available to rent for those children who might be too difficult to control in these dangerous conditions.
(3) Better Bananas – Gorilla’s should be taught that if they walk away from a person that comes to close that they will receive a better reward.
