The move to Unisex Bathroom’s everywhere has already begun after the backlash that North Carolina has experienced and now only one lawsuit will bring it to the entire nation. A heterosexual male will walk into ladies bathroom and when he is legally challenged he will claim he felt as a woman at that moment. The opposition will claim that he doesn’t fit the appearance of a woman and he will claim that this sexist for who has the right to determine the criteria of what makes a woman look as a woman? Courts will find it too difficult to set a parameter of what a woman look likes (lipstick, dress,etc) and rule that bathrooms must be unisex. Some businesses who have opposition will choose option A but they will be more of the oddity then common since most businesses will be happy with only having to produce one unproductive space and just change the sign (they might also get rid of the urinals). So this future awaits and if everyone just does their business in these rooms I’m not sure if it’s a dark future or one with just one path.
