Chipotle Open & Ohio Secluded

ChipotleOhio Secluded Students

Chipotle Closed it stores yesterday to have a four hour “virtual town hall meeting” with it’s employees in which it discussed steps it’s taking to regain the trust of the American people after the E Coli problem earlier this year while Ohio has been secluding students that they are having difficulty controlling.  Both stories deal with how to control difficult problems but Chipotle was open to the public about the general conversation of such a meeting while Ohio has kept their program fairly quiet from the public at large.  This is a story repeated over and over again in which transparency wins all the time. People will accept more then we expect if we are truly open with them but we continue to fear their reaction. That is why politician, business leader, clergy, and just plain Joe/Jane Smith continue to get in trouble. You might believe you have to hold back but the more you do the harder it becomes for you.
