Popularity is exhausting especially when it’s your birthday! Now a days people can hit you from all different media outlets (Facebook, Texting, even calls) to give you that wonderful greeting that you so desire with one hand but then have to be ready with the other hand. For it is rude not to acknowledge those people who have taken time out of their business schedule to wish you a great day but sometimes you’re so busy thanking them that you forget to have a great day! I guess this is the problem with fame as well because you might want it but it takes a great deal to keep it. In the end I’m so grateful for all the good wishes but wish I could extend a birthday to 2 days one for the fun and the other to respond to those that have made it that way.
