As a committed Tea Party Conservative I’m happy that there are liberals in Hollywood, I just wish they’d open the door a bit wider for different views as well. I think those with differing views get us to open our eyes and see the world through different lenses that our glasses would not have seen before. It also challenges the way we might think and help build our story telling and character development along such lines. When we only stay with those with similar views our stories can become predictable and bland. Therefore if there ever is a day when Conservatives run Hollywood I’d be the first one to open the door widely to a Liberal who I hope won’t slam it on me.
