The law enforcement & intelligence agencies should take ISIS threat to NY and Washington D.C seriously especially after their horrendous attack in Paris but at the same time consider the source. ISIS might say they are planning an imminent attack but what does that mean in their words? In their playbook a hundred years is short term. ISIS claims responsibility for every vicious act so if some person assaults an individual in NY will they claim this was their preliminary attack? This evil organization wants to create fear and by just saying imminent attack they have accomplished their goal even if nothing truly happens in our lifetime.
