I can’t imagine the damage either side is going to receive in the lawsuit where the real “Harris Faulkner” is suing the toy “Harris Faulkner”. Hasbro the maker of this toy will receive additional publicity for this product and it’s name while Harris Faulkner will also receive additional publicity to her name. It’s just so strange how they came up with this name for this toy but maybe it’s because both Faulkner’s are so cute but are tougher then they look when attacked. The biggest benefactor in this whole lawsuit is anyone who has one of the original “Harris Faulkner” toys that can only be moving up in price as the lawsuit continues. I’ll be looking for my own “Harris Faulkner” but if I get the wrong one my wife might be jealous.
