I’m standing inside and I hear this woman whine as if someone stepped on both her feet. When I went outside the rant continued for at least ten minutes with a cry from the stress of the event. What caused this pain? Well we gave this lady the wrong side of an item and were exchanging it as she was giving us the riot act, but again sorry didn’t matter.
Throughout my business years there are some customers who can’t accept a mistake. No matter how many years of tirelessly work that you’ve done for them one mistake and the …. hits the fan and the wall. For the business is not just a place to get their supplies but displace any anger they have for family, friends or society as a whole. It takes years to realize that no matter how hard you try that you are only human and as a human we tend to make mistakes whether they accept or not. I’m sorry that in my “Crazy Business” this reality doesn’t seep into the dream word of some of my customers.
