It’s not what you can do but whether you truly show up that can make the difference. We see the full impact of this as the President didn’t send a high ranking official to the march for freedom in Paris and the black eye it leaves our nation, but we also can see this in our daily life. Whether it be that worker that is always dependable or a friend who shares his/her shoulder when times are tough being there truly counts. We remember the friend who traveled through the blizzard to be at our wedding (my life) and never forget those who attended our son’s/daughters special days. Being there is truly have the battle and it might be the half that wins the war.
