It is important not to spend all your time in one group/world otherwise if (G-D forbid) that group falls apart or your are let go you will lose your entire identity. For example it might appear important for you to take a political stance but it’s also important to make an entertainment stance. It’s important to have time with the family but it’s also important to have time with friends empty nesters await. Here are some of the different identities I have.
(1) BUSINESS MAN- This probably consumes the largest part of my life
(2) FAMILY MAN- A close 2nd depending on number 1’s schedule.
(3) ENTERTAINMENT/POLITICAL- I think I spend an equal amount of time on these parts of my identity but it depends on when their is a movie premier or political election coming up.
(4) PHYSICAL WORLD- I should spend more time in this world but my lazy sleepy world takes over. I’m going to the gym today… I think
(5) FRIENDS WORLD- I’m not sure if I truly spend enough time in this world although I’m always there for my good friends.
(6) FAITH- This is the world that underlies all the worlds above and is truly the key to my existance.
