I recently watched a documentary that stated Malcolm X greatest attribute to man was his sincerity and then wondered if this is what we truly want. We claim to want people to be sincere yet are now so political correct nobody truly knows what we’re truly thinking. Sincerity they’ll say is important but how can you be sincere when we’re so afraid of hurting others and the implications that pain will cause. We look for leaders who are willing to challenge the norm but then knock them down when their honesty is too provocative. The truth is we want sincerity when that sincerity supports our own belief system and that’s why one man/woman sincerity is beautiful to one and hateful to others.
