I find it interesting how the media latches on to a person for no particular reason and makes them a star even though they have a record of failures. One of the clearest examples of this is “Hillary Clinton”. The media has continually pushed her up the channels of leadership even though she has failed in her previous roles (see below). Why is that the media is in love with her and what it would take for them to change the page and more importantly when will they give those with true success the spotlight?
(1) Failed in her attempt as First Lady to get Health Care reform. A matter of fact was the main impetus for the Republican take over of the House.
(2) Hillary Clinton has no notable achievements as Senator of NY. There is no legislation accredited to her work.
(4)She lost the Democratic Presidential nomination to a political lightweight (at that time) Barrack Obama although she had all the resources and media power to push her to the top.
(5) Mrs. Clinton has notable accomplishments as “Secretary of State”. We can see the results of her leadership in the world chaos today.
(6)”Hard Choices” has a had lackluster sales and her media blitz has seen many unforced errors.
