I don’t know about you but I love when businesses add that touch of class to there “product line”. It can be an extra smile, have a good day, or that free cup of Java that adds this touch that keeps me coming back. It’s that touch that can be demonstrated when a sales person doesn’t go for the quick sale but truly try to satisfy my needs whether it be making sure I don’t forget the batteries or wrapping up the item I just purchased. Just a simple touch can truly make all the difference.
