My family loves hash browns so almost every Saturday morning for the past year(s) I’ve been making them, but today it was truly special. This special hash brown was not to oily, not to spicy or plain but just right. It all occurred due to a mistake in frying pans. I accidentally chose a frying pan which was too small for the mixture I made. To insure that they were properly cooked I continually stirred my mixture, this stirring enabled the flavor to seep through each potato without any undue oil. I’ve listed some of the key ingredients that went into my hash browns (below) but if you truly want to taste an awesome hash brown you’ll have to have me cook them up for you. Hey, I didn’t spend years perfecting this potato for nothing.
