I’ve heard many a person say I don’t look my age but maybe my heart shows a different story. For, my Cardiologist has diagnosed with a leaky heart valve. Yet before anyone starts digging 6 feet under it appears that this is a minor problem as long as I can keep my blood pressure in check which in the environment I’m in might not be as simple as a beat. So remember no matter how “marvelous” you look from the outside it’s good to see if it’s as beautiful inside so get your regular physical. G-D willing this is the only blemish I have from inside for many, many… years to come.

We have gone from a “fad” to overload when it comes to pickles. Trust M-E  I love my pickles but when it comes to Pizza  I think we’ve crossed the line.  After seeing that on a food truck I decided to get a bit “ridiculous” and look for it in an ice cream flavor and who knew the pregnancy test would proof  right . I am not one to judge but my verdict is in we are not in Dill Pickle fad but in complete overload and I’m going back to the one which still crunches alone.

FOOTNOTE-  I did try the Pickle Lemonade and let’s just say it’s not in my top ten.

I’m stronger then I was before as I now have a bullet proof vest at least figuratively. I realize that your remarks are projects you throw on me when there are no other outlets that will work. My mind is able to absorb much of the blows of your paranoid state to the point of a Muhammed Ali. Yes, I still can get floored but at least now I’m stronger.

Is it the food that makes the man/woman or is it the person? In other words are those that seek healthy alternates healthy because of such moves or are they healthy because of the search?  Does looking at labels like Organic, Cage Free, 95 % Alkaline truly make the difference in one’s health or are such people who look the one’s that are generally healthy people? Maybe it’s a combination of both for those that are concerned with what they put in will also be the types that truly have the greatest output even if if there is a teaspoon of sugar on it….once in awhile.

FOOTNOTE-  I’m one who follows the 80/20 rule when it comes to input fairly religiously.

The “staple” of the American diet has not tasted the right way to those of tradition until “Smash House” broke through.  This burger joint is for those who wear the skullcap and those who wear a cross as the taste wins everyone over.  Yes, even the cheeseburger (fake cheese) taste as good as the real Mckoy’s and without you having to go to your local rabbi.  Smash House, finally a good burger everyone even Shlomo can enjoy

I’m proud of my tribe who is showing the world not to mess with us! I was brought up in a time where my tribe was known to be one of the greatest victims of onslaught in history in which resistance was seldom spoke about. Our people were too timid to “protect themselves” against aggressors that might enter our land or home.  Yet thank G-D the times are a changing.

We proudly protect our 2nd Amendment rights on these shores while defending our land and the world from an enemy bent on world domination and destruction.  Although we have been the prime target of their terror many communities around the world  this enemy to civilization has  dealt deadly blows by their insurgencies for over 40 years. Now we have taken the responsibility of eliminating them from having the most destructive weapons in the world  and I couldn’t be more proud of being a member of the Jewish tribe. Strong, morale and true we will never bring on the war but eliminate it before it comes to our shore.

“Young & Dumb” is a song that is just F-U-N as it brings the youth back to us all. It has the energy, vibe and just kick ass sound that proofs age is not just the years but the attitude.  Avril Lavigne and Simple Plan might be moving up in the years but this song proves their is a fountain of youth that can be found  at least until the song ends.

If you’re black has faded away maybe it’s time for some BR?   BR will be the bleach for your clothes that want to stay in the dark. It will have just the right formula added to restore black, blue or other dark colors to their glorious youth. BR, for even as the times are changing your clothes don’t have to.

For those privileged to have a father in their life please take an extra moment to thank him and the true source who has kept him in their life. While those like M-E who have only memories of what was understand G-D has taken them to a place where their work can serve a “higher calling”. On this day I will take a moment “more” to be with my father in memory.   Furthermore, for those that haven’t had the “father” in their life, thank those that have filled in even if it’s just for the passing moment(s).  Life is shorter then we think especially when enjoying the company of loved ones so make this Father’s Day as special as can be no matter which role you might be in.

Combining of the oldest living organisms in the world with new technology might allow us to finally invent the perfect umbrella. For while other umbrella’s collapse with the wind the “Tree Umbrella” will stay firm to it’s roots.  The “Tree Umbrella” might sway with the wind but there are enough leaves to protect you no matter where you go.  Could this product be developed or will I just have to stand under an Oak instead?
