G-D willing, Y-O-U can help my birthday wish come true on January 20 this year. Around this time of year, I would like to meet with the President and not just for some vanity picture, but to introduce solutions to make mental health great again for those who are suffering and their loved ones. There are policy changes and new ideas that can make this happen, and if I could have a moment with the leadership, I believe the difference would occur.  Furthermore, I have an idea for a musical that has Trump written all over it, and I think he’d get a kick out of the concept. My concepts and ideas don’t stop there, but given what I’m asking for, they might if this meeting is to happen. The campaign will begin shortly. Will Y-O-U help make it a reality not only for M-E but also for those who could be helped?

Say “Hello” to the Big Goodbye by AJR a song worth keeping around. This song is so much F-U-N you’ll want to include it at your next party especially if you want to keep it going. It has a unique flavor for a pop song with great horns along for the ride and even an auction. Yet this isn’t a song you want to give away.  I guess when it comes to music “Goodbye” is “Hello and How are you doing” as you’ll want to keep this catchy  AJR “The Big Goodbye” along for a whole lot longer.

I really don’t deserve it from Y-O-U but them definitely. Why are you the one so appreciative of my little gesture while the one I sweat and tear from can barely even notice?  While I truly save another’s life you award me for a coffee that I already was going to buy. Well thank you and I’ll just imagine it’s from the one who should be clapping in the first place but instead is booing in the background.

How has this music video not received millions of hits yet, it truly is “So Unfair”?  Sophia James song is awesome enough let alone this video why has this not occurred? Maybe I truly have found the pearl in many an Oyster.  Well hopefully those out there will enjoy this pearl soon because it’s hard to miss once you listen.

I was not a big proponent of “labeling” someone with a mental health condition because that person then can use it as a “crouch” to not push themselves farther but for patterns it truly makes senses. This is true for those that treat such individuals but especially for their “loved ones”. Often a loved one is caught in a cycle of confusion of walking on eggshells, people pleasing and conflict avoidance to the point of nausea I should know this has been my mirror for many a year.  Yet understanding there is a pattern which honestly can’t be avoided provides some clarity and peace. It also makes sure the suffering is put on the person who truly has to seek the greatest change. This doesn’t give the loved one an open check but at least one that can truly be read.

If you want to take a journey back to a different time but still want to stay in the current mode take a listen to “Where Is My Husband” by Raye. There is 70’s vibe going on with this current song that leaves one feeling “Supreme”.  For this weekend take a moment to listen to the vibe of yesteryear with a song from today “Where Is My Husband” by Raye

You have that luxury to slam that hand down because you have a hand and own a desk to pound. The horrible traffic you’re going thing is something we all can complain about except for those that don’t have a car or a job to go to. The way a loved one is treating you is horrible except that you have such a loved one where others are just alone. Yes, life can really be tough but at least we have the breath to complain.

I don’t want to forget this song no matter where it goes.  It’s lyrics, tone are so deep I’m not sure if it will catch on but I want to make sure I don’t forget to take a profound listen. Some songs are meant for a casual listen and others take a more thoughtful discovery this is the case with “Wind Walker” Hereditary. What do you think?

TRAF-  I’m not saying I’m innocent just not guilty. For it’s not that I wanted to do it but couldn’t help myself and how was I to know this one was truly deadly. I implore on the jury those without this sin cast thy stone.  Or might I say can one drive without gas.
