Here is a song that will get your mind off to the loud start it needs to get through your morning commute. Hollywood Undead has such passion with”Hollywood Undead” that   the lyrics and vibe will pull one up even if the alarm clock doesn’t go off.  It will also give  you the insight to have you thinking way after the last chorus.

It’s not what you say but how you say it that moves the needle either way.  For example, “Hi”, could follow with an exclamation point, a question mark or a long dramatic pause. Each way will cause a different reaction with the recipient. This can also be a word from a different language or entirely made up. It’s not what you say but the way you say it that can you give an award or a jail sentence.  So maybe not only consider what comes out of your mouth but the tone it comes out as well.

Was anyone “really” surprised “Hunter Biden” was pardoned by Joe Biden and if so I have a bridge to sell you.  For, most fathers would pardon their sons if they could as we often let them off the hook much faster than those not of our bloodlines. Don’t get me wrong this doesn’t make it “right” especially when Joe Biden consistently said he wouldn’t but let’s say Joe Biden and the truth never really mix that well anyway. It’s politics as “usual” and that’s what supposedly the voters wanted in 2016.  Some people just can’t handle the truth just want to feel the “vibe” instead.  Power corrupts and Joe Biden’s extra houses, fancy cars and now pardons are just more proof to that formula.

There is a magic to see a show “live” but could there be major for the big screen as well? For, the big screen leaves less for the imagination but creates backdrops and incredible depth one would never see “live”.   You can feel more taken to those lands on the screen rather then even the most incredible set design at a theatre. Yes, live has the magic of an audience enthralled with a performance but note people still clapped at the end of “Wicked”.  I guess in the end “live” still has that magic it’s just there is enough to go around to those seeing it through a projector as well.

I knew when those in power were falling apart they would use as “escape goat” to put on the blame on. It might not start with us but eventually it would hit my mirror as well so I knew were I must look.  So, I stood up against “oppression” where-ever it existed. At first it was as clear as day when those of a different skin color would have to sit in a certain area of a bus or drink from “their” water fountain but eventually it became more clouded.  Were those in blue always as bigoted as they said were or was there more gray that hit the eye?  Did the LGBTQIA+ community feel truly oppressed or might they be wrong? Yes, I thought everyone should have “the right” to marry but how about bathrooms or sporting teams?

The liberals were “my team” until suddenly I noticed I wasn’t supposed to play. I started then to  explore history not just from the side I was told to be on but the other side and noticed communist and totalitarians from the left had oppressed me and my people as well. Yet this was a story which for some reason was hidden from me. Of course this was the extreme and nothing like this would happen here right? Then it all was thrown in my face as suddenly the campuses and cities I was warmly welcomed in suddenly protested my very existence. Friends, I thought would protect us came out and lied about my very being and how I got here.  I realized then that I was just their “useful idiot” but not anymore.  In the end those that follow blindly might just fall off their own cliff.

Wicked showed the world why the big screen still needs to be B-I-G!!  This film had such phenomenal musical numbers that one couldn’t truly absorb them in a smaller setting.  Yes, you can feel the PC Police adding their own vibe to the story but not enough to destroy the flow. The characters showed true depth even in the Land of Oz, producing a tear to this real-world eye. What truly was remarkable was how the spirit of “The Wizard Of Oz” connected with this world’s audience as this theatre was nearly sold out. Quite a remarkable feat in the world of streaming everything.  “Wicked” is brilliant, fun and definitely worth going to the theaters to see.
