If you want to make sure you lose weight well  I have a formula that will work  … although it might be a bit painful and/or disgust.  Reduce your food intake by putting a bit more hot sauce on the areas you shouldn’t be eating. If hot sauces are not readily available find other flavors that will make sure you don’t wan’t to take an extra bite. How about pickle juice on that extra scoop of ice cream?  Just a bit more of  “Hoooot” or “Ughhh”  and your weight will peel off in no time.

FOOTNOTE– The problem is you might not want to eat again.

It’s those two words that can change one’s mindset “I understand” even if one really doesn’t.  Just the thought that someone can actually get into our head and feel those neuron’s running helps us keep it together.  Of course “I understand” may actually be “no comprendo” but if they don’t understand maybe  it’s for the better.  Those two words can cool situations down when they are way to hot and bring people closer together then a magnet. So go out and say it for truly I understand even if it’s what will happen if I don’t.

The indicted of Jeffrey Epstein might just start the #METEEN movement as the firing of Harvey Weinstein started the #METOO movement.  Those who were used as sexual pawns in their teen years by the  political elites  will G-D willing see the roles reversed as their power comes crushing down. Sexual trafficking will be exposed on a whole new level and will destroy those who have used the young for their own deviant purposes.

Let’s face it most of life is a 5 with your occasional 2,3 ,7,8 along the way. Of course there are moments of total exhilaration’s which are your 10 and times where you feel as if your on the edge of a cliff or a 1.  The key then is to make those 5’s  6 &  7 rather then a 3 or 4 even if it takes a jump to the other side by yourself.  The way to accomplish that is to make sure ever 5 feels better then maybe it should be.  For trust me you’ll need it for the lower numbers that I’m sorry to say will require extra swimming just to get to the 5 again.

“Asking” success depends on who, when and where as much as what. For sometimes it doesn’t matter what you  “need” but the other factors in-between. Here are a few of the criteria’s we all should be looking into when asking.

(1) MOOD – Does it appear that the recipient of  said request is open to hear it not just through their ears but heart as well?

(2) WHERE-  Is it a location that will give you the opportunity to put your best face forward?

(3) WHOM- Have you built a relationship where you actually feel comfortable asking in the first place?

(4) TIME(S)- Is this your 1st request of said individual and if not have you truly paid them back and then some?

(5) BALANCE-  Can you site an example where you did a favor for said individual even if they didn’t know it?

(6) STORY-  Do you have a concise story that ends with a happy ending once they hear the final words and is “non fiction”

(7)  YOUR COIN- How many coins have you deposited before asking for others $$$.  Coins may not only be the ones made of metal but sweat and effort as well.

2050- How could you even wear “that shirt”?  Yes, I know it was a different time but that doesn’t matter they supported killing unborn babies, animal slavery and Antifa who committed that awful crime against someone just trying to express their feelings! Well maybe they didn’t actually support those belief’s but they didn’t strongly condemn them. It doesn’t matter what other good works they’ve done or what the “culture” was like what matters to me is “what is now”. So I won’t fly their flag because they were wrong now even if it didn’t appear wrong then.

FOOTNOTE- Those that condemn completely societies of the past will be condemned by future societies as well.

Stranger Things Season 3  so far is very ordinary. I have to admit I’m only on episode 3 and I’m sure it might be more compelling as the series moves forward but if not for the trailer and the past seasons I would stop here.  The characters and story at this point are so predictable that it feels as if it’s just a repeat of last season and that is far to ordinary for a series that had me hooked on it in the past. Stranger Things Season 3 might turn out to be unusually great but for now it might be a series that should have ended with Season 2.  Stay tuned for my final review …  that is unless I get completely bored and switch to something wonderfully strange instead.

G-D may you grant us one more day.  For if we were not here the day before how could we have helped our loved ones, one’s we liked and those well let’s just say we’re trying too.  Whether it be through words or deeds we are trying in our unique fingerprint to continue your good works. It could be something as simply helping with a household choir or giving a smile where sunshine was needed. I’m sure we would be missed and your world here would be a bit less.  So may it be your will to give us an extra day(s),weeks heck decades to go.   We’ll continue to try to earn our stay as long as we’re here to do so.
