For all the inventions our ancestors have created one brings millions around the world daily happiness.  So thank the person who first decided to domesticate dogs and even cats. For without that great person many of us would have a lot less licks in our life and smiles. We may never know your name but take pride in the fact that we think about with every pet and walk we take.

FOOTNOTE- It would have been great if you invented a way for the dogs to go to the potty but maybe that’s our job.

If I told you there was a race car driver that never won a major race for 10 years would you still be impressed with their record? Would you believe that this individual would be deserving of a sponsorship even if you they had different parts then others? Of course if I was talented  enough to become the 1st Jewish NASCAR driver I wouldn’t expect to continue to receive sponsorship just based on that record but on what I achieve on the race track.  Therefore of course Danica Patrick should lose her sponsorship for this is not a man’s or woman’s race but one where you have to win.   I hope that they’ll be a time when a person is not judged by their color of their skin, race, religion or sex but by their own record of performance.

PC- We all mourn the devastation that has affected our fellow countrymen and woman and pray that recovery happens soon for natural disasters is something that only by the grace of G-D doesn’t directly effect or zip code but there are some observations which are political insensitive that must be stated.

YOU’VE BEEN WARNED- POLITICAL INSENSITIVE BELOW

(1) GET OUT-  When there is a mandatory evacuation which is told by national and local officials leave and you stay don’t expect the world to be crying on your shoulder… if it is still left.

(2) PREPARE-  If you’ve had days to get ready you should have at least have some water and food that lasts you more then the day after.

(3) BACK UP-  If you live near a coastal community that throughout history has been impacted by natural disasters have a back up place for your most precious valuables including your loved ones to go to if these disasters occur.

(4) SHOCKED-  Don’t be surprised if after such a horrific natural disaster that you are out of electricity for a couple of days if not longer. 

I’ve been told by those in the “know” that this blog site is all wrong for you must stick to one topic and follow a pattern but I ask you what kind of REBEL would I be if I followed such advise? For I must write what I’m passionate about for that moment and share it with the world whether it’s politics, faith, humor or even a pickle.  Just when you think I fit some mold I crush it in front of your eyes… not in your eyes that would hurt.  Yet the reason I rebel is because I’m a  Bud trying to help in some way make your life a little better, funnier or even more interesting.  I may not succeed where those who follow the “know” will tell me I should but at least I stay honest to the Bud Rebel that bleeds through this blog.

Linguists are a bit puzzled that the name 9/11 is also the date of the disaster. Yet I believe there is a simple explanation of why this became it’s name. 911 is the number we call when we have an emergency and on this date in 2001 most American  came together to try and help against these senseless horrific acts of  terrorism. Some of these individuals wore uniforms and ran down to the sites, others donated blood/ supplies, many gave each other a bit more support/love during these trying day,  while others got down on their knees and prayed to the almighty for his guidance.  Yet in someway all American’s on this date came to try and rescue this nation during this difficult day as many emergency workers do when they called on 911 emergencies everyday.

Last weekend I had an Aura test and it told me what I already believed about myself which begs the question does it actually work or is the “prophesy” already known? The test was fairly simple put your hands on some monitors and a bunch of colors come out though the reading was something a skilled practitioner or scam artist could only perform. Aura found out that I think much more then relax, that I’m deeply spiritual and full of joy in general, which at least 2 out of the 3 could have been determined by the conversation I had with the reader before.   Yet have Aura say that about me was quite reassuring and believing there is this energy field around me is sorta cool so I will trust in this $5 Aura test for if it was $10 I might have had my doubts.
