Carnegie’s world view and the world view I live in are as opposite as Peanut Butter & Jelly. Where Jelly is nice and sweet Peanut Butter is harsh and can get me sick.  I always try to add Jelly to my dishes but Peanut Butter is never to far from the plate.  Dale Carnegie believes in the Jelly principle as I fill my cup to the lid only to find out someone has spilled 1/2 of it.  Yes it’s important principals to give compliments, avoid criticism and look for the bait that will influence people but it’s too bad that many just leave them on the chalk board.  Even this post goes against the principals Mr. Carnegie holds dear for as much as I try to buy his Jelly someone always seems to bring a can of Peanut Butter.

Sometimes words don’t do justice and with Christie and her daughters that might just be the case. Who’s to judge but your own eye’s? So at this moment I ask words or pictures?

I understand how the executive order signed by Donald Trump banning people belonging from 7 nations makes you feel.  There are students who are currently attending college, families that might be broken apart and employees who lack the talent needed to expand but here’s a few points (below) you should consider.

(1) 90 DAYS- The ban is for a period of time to insure that we have a system in effect that vets those entering our country and filters out any Islamic Extremist bent on doing us harm.

(2) 7 NATIONS- This is not a ban on Islamic Nations for Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bangladesh etc are  not on this list but a ban on countries that don’t have a good vetting system on their own side or are actively hostile to our nation.

(3) PRESIDENTIAL DUTY- President’s key role is to keep us safe and although we might feel this is a bit broad if G-D forbid a terrorist attack occurs on his watch, by someone from one of this countries, who will be the first to ask why we didn’t do more?

President Trump I’ve supported you against friend and foe but when your  wrong your wrong and even slightly comparing the United States action to bring freedom, peace and democracy to the world to the oppressive actions of Russia is plainly wrong. Yes we’ve mistakes but compared to the world community we are saints and compared to Russia forget about it. Even in controversial wars such as Iraq and Vietnam our goals were never to dominate but to bring peace,freedom, stability and some form of democracy to these nations.  Many of our bravest fought and died for these goals and I ask you as a supporter that you not make their sacrifices appear less worthy.

How many really missed one of the greatest Superbowl’s of all time?  I’m not just speaking about the individuals that left during half time but the one’s whose mind was somewhere else? I would put myself in the later category for although the boob tube was running this boob was not in the zone. Yes I caught up before the game was tied but missed the wave build up before it finally began  to crash on Atlanta. Here I am blaming the Falcon’s coaching for not seeing what was coming while I wasn’t paying attention in my comfort chair.  Superbowl LI proves sometimes we experience the  great moments without realizing how we got there.

Sorry Falcon’s it was my fault. Everything was going just great until I decided to switch my allegiance in the 2nd half. I didn’t realize my rooting was this powerful. I started all in for your team but after the wiping you did in the first half well I thought it would be great to see a Patriot’s come back … and it was.  My rooting hasn’t been this powerful since the Trump victory, yes you can blame me instead of the Russian’s for that as well.   I promise if you make it to the Superbowl next year I’ll root for you again and even wear the hat …. that is unless you start blowing out your opponent again.  Atlanta got burned and I lit the match.

Superbowl LI (51) wasn’t just a game but a statement!  If you work really hard and G-D is on your side there is nothing you can’t overcome. No matter what the critics and pundits might think there is always a tomorrow and it might even be today.  For the score might not appear to be in your favor but that is only a moment which you can overcome with perseverance and a bit of faith. After a turbulent year the NFL is back to business in seeing that dreams come true even when it starts as a nightmare. Congratulations to the New England Patriots a team that gives new meaning to the come back.
