PROBLEM: People violating the length of their student visa and/or work permits SOLUTION: Close monitoring.
This is one of the few problems that the Federal Government needs to solve. Individuals who come with student visa and/or work perm…its must meet with an individual from the department of Immigration every 6 months to insure that not only that they don’t violate their visa requirements but also that they aren’t posing a risk to our citizens.
