Who would think this (above) could result in a great friendship. Yet by turning off my radio and opening the window I found a friend right across from M-E. We both had nothing to do for an hour so we decided to talk instead. Who knew to complete strangers could become friends in such an annoying situation. Now, we’re hanging out even when there is no traffic around us. Traffic sucks unless you can make a friend out of it.
The key to life might not be to seek instant happiness but lesson the inevitable pain. One needs to lesson the pain whether it be from mind or body. That could mean redirecting ones mind to a “bright shiny object” in a corner far away from where one is currently sitting or even being in the moment now. For much pain is our own foreshadowing doom and gloom where there is sun right above us. Pain will be with us no matter what so isn’t important to find ways to deaden the blow?
They say it’s sunny outside but I feel the wet stuff what is going on? I’m embarrassed to ask anyone as many walk without an umbrella but they still appear wet to M-E. Am I delusional or could this be some type of dream that I can’t get out of? I check “Google” and all my “regular sources of news” and they all agree that there is not a cloud in the sky. I’m ready to check myself into a psychiatric hospital when by chance I check out “justthenews.com” which tells my soaking wet story at this point. In the future I think I’ll check out all the sources not just the ones my “group” has been pushing.
Does this (above) really not exist for our four legged friends? Cologne/perfume for dogs seems so obvious that anyone can sniff up this idea. For as much as we love our pets sometimes their odors are not loveable or even likeable. Yet, with dog cologne/perfume they’ll smell good all day long as long as your sprayer. With dog perfume you won’t smell a number 2 but maybe a Channel # 5 instead.
For those who have got truly what they want without the ring an LT party is called upon. These individuals don’t have to worry about lawyers ever dividing assets and truly can walk out whenever their key doesn’t fit. Yes, there might be assets to split up like a pillow and who gets the dog but at least it’s not a lifetime of earnings and work. Living together is the easy way in and out so why not celebrate your smart move even if offends the younger M-E.
FOOTNOTE- Prenups can take care of many of these problems but that is a difficult conversation to have and requires legal costs to bare before and after.
Nobody really has to know unless you let it go at the wrong time in the wrong place. Most won’t even notice if it just passes like the wind but in a crowded area you will leave a mark people won’t easily forget. You can gas through life without a look and suddenly you hit the wrong mark and everyone knows who truly dealt it. Yes, this might appear an immature subject but even the most sophisticated won’t be able to escape a whiff. So be careful where and when as I hope this blog post never becomes your embarrassing truth.
The “Offspring” Make It All Right” will allow you to start your Monday much better then that. This song has the vibe that helps you move faster then pouring your first cup of Java. It has you feeling very “retro” through all your weekend pasts. Make It All Right because you deserve to feel especially Monday morning.

Things are spinning way out of your control just it’s time to let go and be there. I don’t mean in the turmoil that appears to envelope you but the walls of mindfulness which can take you away. Maybe it means slowing down your breathing where holding your breathe is part of the exercise or drinking that tea with an extra emphasis on the actual taste, the key is just to be there. Many times we can’t control the world around so take a moment and control how it effects Y-O-U. Life can suck but being there can make it a whole lot livable.
FOOTNOTE– Now to put this blog piece in my own mirror. Easier to write then implement.
For years I was afraid to tell Y-O-U the facts as if they would be a knife to cut me. Yet over time I realized that the knife was already in your hands and the cutting was occurring with eggs that already had cracks. So, finally I told you the truth and although dozens of eggs were cracked and slashing occurred stitches weren’t needed. As a matter of fact I basically wore no band-aid over night only needing a “pain killer”. Facts might be difficult to say but living in fear doesn’t make them go away.
Suddenly I see light in much darkness. The crazy thing is the light was present much earlier but I was afraid to get wet and never started searching. Now the light is coming through even as storm clouds could be approaching and this vision may help so many others around me. G-D willing this light will not be just a glimmer of hope but one that brings peace no matter when the storm actually hits.
